Sarpaghetti or Spardines

I do this really cheap spaghetti when I have extra pasta lying around and I'm too lazy to make spaghetti sauce. The recipe's in the picture I posted on Instagram (this is starting to be a pattern).

The Hot Sauce is optional. I was just lucky enough to have some lying around, like the pasta.

It's pretty good. Give it a try. If you already have the ingredients. Don't go out and buy some.

Wings on the Go ... to Fairview

It's quite a long time since I've made one of these. That's probably because I've never tried out new or old restaurants, fast foods, food kiosks, or even a food cart for the longest time. But that has changed.

Presenting, Wings on the Go, Fairview branch. I've tried a few from their menu via to-go. So let's go through them one by one.

First up is the Quarter Pounder Cheese Deluxe. This has a quarter pound patty, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce. It reminds me of a burger from MIB (I'm not sure if that place is still open. Click here for my entry on that).

I think this is their basic burger. Their Regular Yum if they were Jollibee. So for a basic burger, this is a lot.

Next up is Macho Burger. As it says on the photo caption, it's pretty much the quarter pounder with a few upgrades, bacon and ham.

This is Maui. The Macho Burger with a slice of pineapple. Another upgrade to the previous burger.

Rock and Roll. This is almost the Macho Burger, this time it has egg and peanut butter.

This is from their pasta section. Creamy pesto. It's like carbonara, but it's not.

This is one of the better ones on the menu. It's beef burger steak with, mini sausages that taste like spicy franks but, they're extras so you have to order them. The rice is topped with an egg and it comes with a side of buttered vegetables; peas, diced carrots, and corn. I'm not very fond of corn.

This is their top of the line. The ribs are so tender that the meat falls off the bone. It comes with fries and barbeque sauce. So if you're the kind that likes to have this with rice, you'd have to order that separately.

If you want ribs but can't reach it, you'll want the next best thing. That would be the Pork Belly. One serving is a lot of pork belly, it's like three slices. You can also add the extra sausages.

They call this Soft Taco Chicken Spicy. I'm not sure on the technicality of it; is this pita or taco. Like the caption says, it's like the old twister from KFC. I say old because the new twister isn't that good. The difference between them is that for this one the veggies and the sauce are separate.

They also have others like chicken wings which happens to be their specialty but I have never tried those. They also have fries that have a whole lot of toppings that you don't actually see the fries underneath the toppings. They also have chicken leg meals that is either fried or grilled; choose the grilled. The fried one is just like Max's.

For the prices, I'm not going to say that they're affordable. If you want affordable, go to Jollibee or your usual go-to carinderia. The correct term is reasonable. Their prices are reasonable. You get what you paid for.
